Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
At Rulsan Healthcare, we are committed to providing a smooth and customer-friendly experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds.
1.Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel
You can request cancellation through: Website: Go to “My Orders” and select “Cancel Order” Email: info@rulsanhealthcare.com (mention your Order ID)
2.Returns & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery in the following cases: Damaged product Defective product Incorrect product delivered
3.Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return: Product must be unused and in original packaging All seals, labels, barcodes, and invoice must be intact Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery Returns will not be accepted if: Product is used or tampered with Packaging is damaged or missing Request is raised after 3 days.
4.Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@rulsanhealthcare.com with: Order ID Issue description Images or video of the product (including batch details & invoice) Once approved: Pickup will be arranged within 4–7 business days Product will be inspected after pickup.
After successful verification:
Refund or replacement will be initiated.
5.Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
Order cancelled before dispatch Eligible returned products Damaged/defective/wrong product delivered Undeliverable orders returned to us.
6.Refund Process & Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval Amount will be credited to the original payment method Note: It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
7.Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds for COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You may be asked to share bank details securely.
8.Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
9.Partial Returns
You may return one or more items from a multi-product order Each returned product must meet the return conditions.
10.Products with Free Gifts If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned. Failure to return the gift may result in adjustment of refund amount.
11.Delivery Failure / Refused Orders
If an order is: Not accepted during delivery Returned due to incorrect address or unavailability Refund will be processed after the product is received back at our facility.
12.Important Notes
Provide clear images/videos to ensure faster resolution Requests without proper proof may be rejected We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
